On August 2nd and 3rd we'll gather to celebrate the launch of SCServes - Low Country with leaders from across South Carolina, the mid-Atlantic region, and the country. Since August 2014, the IVMF has worked 'boots on the ground' with South Carolina's public, private, and nonprofit providers to build and deploy a highly-innovative model of comprehensive services best described as a coordinated network of services, resources, and care for veterans, service members, and military families in the state's Low Country region. Led locally by Military Community Connections (MCC) and powered by Unite US care coordination software, SCServes - Low Country will cultivate connectivity and coordinated case management among the region’s best human service providers drawn from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
During this two-day event, we'll highlight the SCServes - Low Country Network 'go-live', explore the role that innovation plays in serving our nation's military connected members, and offer insightful panel discussions surrounding the transformation underway around integrated networks of service, resources, and care supporting America’s military-connected population and their families.
Note: RSVP is required for each event that you plan to attend. We welcome your attendance at all events and encourage you to share this invite with your colleagues.
